Weighted Stages

Give every stage, category and element a weight, threshold and sequence. Weights at each level can never exceed 100%.

Why BridgeX

Assessments you can trust and trace

Every score has an owner, every finished stage is locked, and every round is kept — so decisions built on BridgeX assessments stand up to review.

See the workflow

Assigned accountability

Only the engineer assigned to a stage or category can score, remark on or freeze it.

Frozen results

Freezing locks completed work, so scores and remarks can't change after the fact.

Versioned reassessments

Start a new round when a case changes. Earlier rounds keep their original scores and weights.

Secure handoff

Completed assessments are shared for underwriting through a secured, fully logged channel.

Workflow

A case is a construction project submitted for technical assessment. It holds the case code and name, description, value, claim amount, start and end dates, type, status and location.

Companies register with a business email address. After signing up you complete a short onboarding: company details, your first case (optional) and a document checklist.

Typically insurance documents, previous claim records and legal documents. Each file can be up to 5 MB and is stored securely against the case.

Element scores roll up to their category and stage. When every stage is frozen, the overall score is the weighted average of the stage scores, and it places the case in a tier.

Frozen stages, categories and elements can no longer be edited, which keeps results audit-ready. Once all stages are frozen the round is complete and a PDF summary can be exported.

Yes. Authorised administrators can start a new assessment round. Earlier rounds are kept with their original scores, so the full history remains available.
